PERFORMED ON SUNDAYS AFTER THE 11 AM MASS

If you wish to baptize your child at Our Lady of the Cedars, please complete the form below. Both Godparents must email their baptism certificates to parish@olchouston.org, and non-parishioner parents must provide a letter of good standing. At least one Godparent must be Catholic.
