must be completed 6 months prior
Couples requesting to be married at Our Lady of the Cedars must complete the form below, or contact the church office for assistance, at least 6 months prior to the desired date.
Anyone requesting a “Certificate of Freedom to Marry” or “Certificate of No Impediment” needs to be a current parishioner in good standing for 6 consecutive months prior to the certificate being issued. No exceptions will be made. To request a certificate, please email the church at parish@olchouston.org.

على الراغبين بإتمام الزواج في كنيسة سيدة الأرز ملء الاستمارة المرفقة أدناه أو الاتصال بمكتب الرعية للمساعدة وذلك قبل ستة أشهر من تاريخ الزواج
على الراغبين بالحصول على "ورقة إطلاق حال" أن يكونوا منتسبين إلى رعية سيدة الأرز ومواظبين لمدة لا تقل عن ستة أشهر متواصلة وذلك دون أي استثناء
