Memorial Mass request

To request a memorial mass, please fill out the form below to submit your request, at least one week prior to the desired date. Once submitted, you will be contacted by the church office with a confirmation of your request.
Important Notice:
With a growing parish come many blessings, and some challenges. An important challenge we have faced recently is the numerous requests for memorial Mass offerings, which unfortunately cannot be accommodated individually given the limited number of weekend liturgies.
We would like the requesting family to consider having a memorial Mass during the week, which is usually more available. If you wish to offer the memorial mass on Saturday evening or Sunday morning, then the Liturgy would serve as a shared memorial Mass for more than one family.
For parishioners wishing to offer their condolences, the name of the deceased and their relationship to the parishioner requesting the 1 week or 40-day memorial mass will be posted on our Parish Post weekly.
