The convention’s exhibits and displays will be featured from July 11 to the 14th, 2018 at the Marriott Marquis Hotel where the convention is held. Details of the exhibit hall will follow.
Participants are to donate $300 which covers 4 days of exhibition and display (one 6-foot table included, additional tables are $100 each), and an item of $50 or more in value for the silent auction (item, service or consultation).
Every attempt will be made to meet your space requirements; however, adjustments may be necessary if space becomes limited. Displays and exhibits must be set up and opened by noon on July 11 and must be dismantled by 5:00 PM on July 14, 2018.

By submitting the form below, the exhibitor agrees to assume the entire responsibility and liability for losses, damages, and claims arising out of exhibitor’s activities on the hotel premises and will indemnify, defend and hold harmless the hotel, its agents, servants, employees, convention sponsors, and hosts from any and all such losses, damages, and claims. Secured storage may be available; the exhibitor assumes total responsibility for exhibitor's items. The NAM Committee reserves the right to reject application requests in accordance with the convention policies, rules, regulations, and ethics of NAM.
